Shipping & Handling Policy

At Silaya.pk, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the details of our shipping and handling procedures below:

1. Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000. No promo code is required—once your cart subtotal reaches PKR 3,000 (before taxes and fees), shipping charges will automatically be waived at checkout.

2. Order Confirmation

  1. After placing an order, our Customer Service Associate will contact you (via phone call or SMS) to verify order details and ensure accuracy.

  2. Once your order is confirmed, it will be forwarded to our warehouse for fulfillment.

3. Payment Processing

  • Credit Card Payments:
    Depending on the accuracy of the information you provide, credit card transactions can take up to 3 business days to process. Your order will ship only after successful payment authorization.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    If you choose COD, payment will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

4. Out-of-Stock Policy

  • COD Orders:
    If one or more items are out of stock at our warehouse, we will ship only the available items.

  • Credit Card Orders:
    If an item is out of stock, we will contact you (by phone or email) to request guidance on a replacement product. Your preference will determine whether we ship a suitable substitute or cancel the out-of-stock item.

5. Shipment Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Courier disruptions

  • High-volume sale periods

We will notify you via phone or email if your order’s shipment is delayed for any reason.

6. Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery window is 2–4 business days after your order has been confirmed and dispatched from the warehouse. All shipments are handled by Insta Courier.

Important:
Please do not accept shipments from any courier other than Insta Courier for orders placed on Silaya.pk. If any delivery attempt comes from a different “flyer,” kindly reject it and notify our Customer Service team immediately.
