Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You may return or exchange an item if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The item is not damaged and has all original tags attached.

A request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
Note: Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or incorrect.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Attach clear photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
Return/Exchange Process

Once approved, you'll need to send the item back to us using a reliable courier service.

The product must be shipped back in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Currently, we do not offer cash refunds.

For approved returns, we offer:

Exchange for another product of equal value.

Store credit (valid for 60 days) which can be used for future purchases.

Bank transfer refunds in case of incorrect or damaged items.
Customers will be required to share their bank account details for the refund.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after confirmation.
